After joining the United States Navy at age 17 and serving four years in the military, he put himself through college and eventually through law school. For the past several years he has held the AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading authoritative resource for the legal profession, and has been placed on their Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers in America. He has been named to Super Lawyers of the Southeast in the category of Plaintiff Litigation. The Nashville Business Journal has named him Best of the Bar in litigation. He is a faculty member with the National College of Advocacy (NCA), the educational arm of AAJ, the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA) in Washington, D.C. He has taught lawyers and law students the arts, sciences and skills of litigation and jury trials, including The Ultimate Course in Advocacy – The Art of Persuasion at Harvard Law School. See other recent seminar colleges he has taught at Recent Trial Colleges & Seminars. He has devoted much of his time and practice toward the application of behavioral sciences to juror attitudes, beliefs and predispositions toward lawyers. Eddie Davidson works hard to restore dignity to the somewhat tarnished image of the legal profession.

Eddie Davidson is a referral only lawyer. He does not - nor will he ever - publicly advertise by way of phone books, television commercials, billboards, or the like. For the past several years the cases he has taken have been brought to him by fellow lawyers or former clients, always by way of reputation. He believes in those values by which he was raised and those values set forth in our United States Constitution. He believes that the law is a necessary, vital and protective force in America.

Eddie has worked with lawyers throughout the country. If you are an attorney in litigation or about to undertake litigation in an area in which you may need consultation, association, trial work and/or jury selection, he welcomes your call.

If you are an injured person who has not yet retained a lawyer, please feel free to contact this office.

How Einstein, Music and Design
Help Create The Fact-Neutral
Trial Story

By
R. Eddie Davidson

"The overall idea for this book stems from my belief that as plaintiffs' lawyers seeking to maximize our opportunity for a favorable outcome in the potential-for-chaos that is a jury trial we must always keep our mission in mind. That mission must be easily remembered. It must be simplistic in form."
